Beef you can trust, from our family to yours.

Buy a quarter, half, or whole cow to fill your freezer for the year.

Three raw steaks on a wooden cutting board with a sprig of rosemary.

Our cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished, born and raised on the prairie and always handled with care. We are proud to raise top-quality, real Alberta beef.

  • A quarter cut will result in between 100-125 lbs of meat. It’s a mix of roasts, ground beef, and steaks.

  • A half a cow will fill a regular sized deep freezer, and includes between 200-250 lbs. of meet. There will be room for one extra pail of ice cream but that’s it.

  • A full cow, is a full cow. You will get 400 - 500 lbs of beef.

Harsh winters, dry summers. Four generations of passion and perseverance.

Bandit Ranch is owned and operated by the Henrickson family. We've been ranching near Patricia, Alberta since our great-grandfather decided this looked like a good place to homestead. He was probably wrong—but we've been hanging in there ever since.
